Our Policies:
We believe in providing a peaceful and tranquil environment. We want your EBK Beauty experience to be beautiful and relaxing. Help us demonstrate respect for everyone. Please silence or switch your cell phones to vibrate and speak sof'tly while in the salon.
Your Appointments
You may schedule your appointmens in person, by phone or at ebkbeauty.com/appointments. Walk-in clients are nwelcomed and will be served as promptly as possible.
- CHECK IN FIRST: Both Walk-in and Appointment clients must check in with the receptionist before being served.
- LATE ARRIVALS: A late arrival is 15 minutes past your appointment time. If you anticipate a late arrival, please call immediately. Regretfully, late arrivals may need to be rescheduled. A grace period is offered as our scheduel allows and a $15 convenience fee may be applied.
- PAYMENT: Full payment for service is due upon check-in with the receptíonist. Costs of any additional services discussed with your stylist must be paid in full before service begins. All payment amounts over $50 must be paid in CASH ONLY.
- MASSAGE & FACIAL CLIENTS: Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to give yourself time to change into a robe, relax and enjoy refreshment.
Cancelations
Sholud you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us to reschedule 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you do not contact us and do not arrive for hour appointment, it will be considered a "no show" and you will be charged 50% kf the original service scheduled, payable on your next visit.
- REFUND POLICY We do not give refunds for services. Please address any issues with your stylist BEFORE leaving the salon. We will cure any subsequent service issues free of charge or at discounted rates up to 1week after service.
- Products which are refundable must be returned within 48 hours and must be in original condition (including but not limited to seals unbroken, products unused, etc.). Some products are nonrefundable. We do not assume responsibility for nor do we replace hair purchased outside of the salon.
- Any and all deposits are non-refundable or transferable.
- Gift certificates are non-refundable or transferable.
- Payments for training courses may be partially refundable according to a percentage scale.
- Training Kits are non-refundable.
- CHILDREN To ensure safety for your children and to create a relaxing environment for our clients, children are not allowed in the Salon & Demi Spa unless receiving services. Children under age 12 receiving service must remain under direct supervision of an adult other than a staff member. Under no circumstances is a child to be left unattended.
- GIFT CARDS/ CERTIFICATES & CREDITS Gift cards, certificates and credits are available in any dollar amount or for specific services or packages. After 8 months of issue gift cards, certificates and EBK Salon & Demi Spa credits decline in value at the rate of $10 per month.
Payments
- Cash, FSA, HSA, CareCredit, Debit Cards, CashApp, Paypal, Venmo
- CASH ONLY required for payments of $50 or more except when using FSA, HSA or CareCredit.
- Credit Cards are NOT accepted.
